Simone Manfredi is a PhD student in Intersectoral Innovation at the Department of Social and Political Sciences, University of Milan. Since 2022, he has been working as a research assistant at CERGAS SDA Bocconi. His research interests include the governance of welfare systems, with a particular focus on family policies. His PhD project investigates citizens’ preferences for work-life balance policies and examines how local governance structures influence their implementation.
